Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Oberlander is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and family conflict. Jennifer holds her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and Bachelors Degree in Science (Psychology) from Mercy University.
Jennifer has worked in several non-profit and private settings with both children and adults. Jennifer aims to provide a safe space for her clients to express their emotions and work towards their goals. Through a collaborative approach, Jennifer works with her clients to identify each individual’s needs through several different modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
